Deloitte's UK equity partners received average pay of about 1.13 million pounds ($1.5 million) last year, up 7% as demand for artificial intelligence-related advice helped drive profit, Bloomberg reported Wednesday.

Deloitte UK said AI demand has shifted toward areas including deployment, trust and cybersecurity, with clients also seeking faster project delivery, the report said.

UK revenue rose 2% to about 5.8 billion pounds in the year ended May 31, while distributable profit increased 14% to 899 million pounds, Bloomberg reported.
