Deep Yellow (ASX:DYL) received notice that JPMorgan Chase and its affiliates are no longer substantial holders of the company from Sept. 24, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

JPMorgan Chase and its affiliates became a substantial holder of the company on Sept. 10, with a total voting power of 5.66%, an earlier filing showed.

The company's shares rose 2% in recent Tuesday trade.
