Midea Group (SHE:000333, HKG:0300) subsidiary Midea Venture Capital agreed to acquire a 1.25% property share in Tibet Guoke from Kelu Energy.

The transfer consideration is 13.9 million yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

Shares of the appliance manufacturer were down 3% in recent trade on the Hong Kong bourse and 1% in Shenzhen.
