Pharming Group (PHAR) has appointed Chief Commercial Officer Leverne Marsh and Chief Financial Officer Kenneth Lynard as interim co-chief executive officers, the company said Tuesday.

The two will succeed Fabrice Chouraqui, who has stepped down from the role.

The company said it has begun a search process for a permanent CEO.
