Smart-ring maker Oura is postponing its planned initial public offering.
Oura, which was looking to raise more than $500 million, on Tuesday said it saw strong demand for its shares, but that it is shelving the offering due to uncertainty in the IPO market.
Oura earlier this month unveiled proposed IPO terms that could have given the company an initial market capitalization topping $14 billion.
The IPO had been expected to price this week.
