Samsung Electro-Mechanics (KRX:009150) secured a 285 billion won contract with an unnamed large global company to supply multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) and inductors, according to a filing with the Korea Exchange on Tuesday.
The South Korean electronic component maker said the contract represents 2.5% of its 2025 sales, and the contract period runs from Jan. 1, 2027, to Dec. 31, 2027.
Shares of Samsung Electro-Mechanics fell nearly 2% at market close.
