Streamex (STEX) said in a regulatory filing Wednesday that interim Executive Chairman Morgan Lekstrom has resigned from his position.

Lekstrom, however, will continue to serve as an independent member of the board.

The company said it has not yet identified a successor.

Shares of Streamex rose more than 2% in recent premarket activity Thursday.
