Allison Transmission (ALSN) said late Friday it has completed a partial redemption of $100 million of its 4.75% senior notes due 2027 on Sept. 30.

The notes were redeemed at 100.00% of the principal amount, the company said, adding that $300 million of the notes remain outstanding.
