Multifield International Holdings (HKG:0898) unit Ernesto sold 18 million shares in Bank of China (SHA:601988, HKG:3988) for HK$109.4 million on Thursday.

The shares were sold through the open market for around HK$6.08 apiece, a Thursday bourse filing said.

The company, which no longer holds any shares in the lender, plans to use proceeds as general working capital.
