Baidu (BIDU)-backed Infinigence AI has confidentially filed for a Hong Kong IPO that could raise several hundred million dollars, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing unnamed sources.
The Chinese AI cloud provider, also backed by Tencent, is targeting a listing as early as the first half of 2027, the report said.
Infinigence has raised 4.3 billion yuan ($641 million) and was valued at 14.3 billion yuan ahead of the offering, it added.
IPO timing and size remain subject to change, according to the report.
Infinigence AI, Baidu and Tencent did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
