Chilwa Minerals' (CHWM) American depository shares were up roughly 4% in Thursday trading after the stock marked its Nasdaq debut.

The ADS were trading at $6.25 per share after opening at $6 apiece.

The Australian company has raised about $3.5 million through an offering, which is expected to close Friday, the company said late Wednesday.
