Autagco (SGX:WNH) has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with CCECC Asia-Pacific Regional Marketing Center and CRCC International Engineering Consulting, according to a Wednesday Singapore bourse filing.

The MoU is part of the company's residential care and wellness business diversification strategy.

The parties intend to collaborate on developing strategic land parcels, including a Kempas Medical Valley project in Malaysia.

Under the agreement, the company will contribute land, market insights and regulatory liaison, while the other parties will provide construction, delivery and financing support, along with design, technical consultancy and quality oversight.
