Vylor (VYLR) said Thursday that it completed its separation from Corteva (CTVA) and is set to begin trading as an independent public company on the New York Stock Exchange.
The seed and genetics company said it has a $19 billion technology pipeline spanning corn, soybeans and wheat.
Vylor said it is targeting about $11.2 billion to $11.9 billion in net sales, and $3.3 billion to $3.7 billion in operating EBITDA by 2029. The company said it also expects licensing revenue to exceed $500 million in 2027 and $1 billion by 2035.
Corteva shares fell more than 81% in premarket activity Thursday.
