CapitaLand Investment (SGX:9CI) and its listed and private funds achieved strong results in the 2026 GRESB Real Estate Assessment, according to a Friday statement.

While CapitaLand Investment earned four-star rating, CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (SGX:C38U), CapitaLand China Trust (SGX:AU8U) and CapitaLand India Trust (SGX:CY6U) maintained their five-star ratings.

Meanwhile, CapitaLand Ascott Trust (SGX:HMN) was upgraded to a five-star rating, while CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (SGX:A17U) and CapitaLand Malaysia Trust (KLSE:CLMT) also earned four-star ratings.

As of the end of June, CapitaLand Investment and its listed funds have secured SG$3.3 billion in sustainable financing, while the REIT remains a constituent of the 2026 FTSE4Good.
