Progyny (PGNY) said employer signups during its annual selling season may add about 1.2 million people to its fertility-benefits programs starting in H1 2027, based on commitments received so far and decisions still expected.

Progyny said Wednesday employers are increasingly turning to its programs to manage rising medical costs while maintaining or expanding family-building benefits for workers.
