India on Thursday rejected SpaceX (SPCX) Chief Executive Elon Musk's allegation that "oligarchs" were blocking Starlink's entry into the country, saying its satellite internet approvals follow a fair and non-discriminatory process applied to all operators.
The telecom ministry said it has granted telecom licenses to three firms but that all are still awaiting spectrum assignment and security clearance, dismissing Musk's comments as "baseless and misconceived."
