Top Glove (KLSE:TOPGLOV, SGX:BVA) issued 310 new shares following the conversion of warrants at 1.27 ringgit per share, according to a Wednesday filing.

The shares will be listed on Bursa Malaysia on Oct. 9, bringing the company's issued share capital to 8.22 billion shares, with an issued share capital of 1.86 billion ringgit.
