Rusal (HKG:0486) entered into a heat system connection contract with En+ associate JSC Baikalenergo, with estimated consideration of $231,157 for 2026 and $124,469 for 2027, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Under the agreement, Baikalenergo will provide technological connection services to heating networks for Rusal Taishet Aluminum Plant through Oct. 31, 2027.

The connection is required to build a preschool educational center for 270 children in Taishet.
