Vault Minerals (ASX:VAU) secured approval from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) to hold its fiscal 2026 annual general meeting (AGM) by Feb. 28, 2027, instead of Nov. 30, and to dispatch its 2026 annual report by the earlier of 21 days before the AGM or Jan. 31, 2027, according to an Australian bourse filing on Tuesday after market hours.
The extensions were requested in relation to Genesis Minerals' (ASX:GMD) proposed acquisition of the company, per the filing.
If the scheme is implemented by Jan. 31, 2027, the company will not be required to hold a 2026 AGM or distribute its annual report to existing shareholders, the filing added.
