China Shuifa Singyes Energy (HKG:0750) proposed removing Rongcheng (Hong Kong) CPA as its auditor and appointing Ernst & Young for the year ending Dec. 31, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

EY's proposed audit fee is about 3.9 million yuan. Changes are subject to shareholder approval at a special general meeting, the filing said.
