SQ Advanced Interconnect, formerly known as Qdos Holdings, published its prospectus for public comment ahead of a proposed initial public offering on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, according to a Thursday filing.

The integrated circuit board maker said the offering comprises 337.5 million shares, covering an institutional offering of 127.5 million shares and 135 million offer shares to identified institutional or selected investors.
