CGN Power's (HKG:1816, SHE:003816) newly established joint venture, CGN Yueshan (Lufeng) Nuclear Power, has completed its industrial and commercial registration and obtained its business license, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing over the weekend.

The venture, backed by an initial registered capital of 100 million yuan, will oversee the development, construction, and operation of the nuclear power project for Lufeng Unit 3 and Unit 4.
