Edding Genor Group Holdings (HKG:6998) received approval from China's National Medical Products Administration for a Phase 2 clinical trial of its investigational drug GB268 in advanced colorectal cancer, according to a Sunday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The trial will evaluate GB268, a PD-1/CTLA-4/VEGF trispecific antibody, in combination with chemotherapy as a first-line treatment for patients with locally advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer that cannot be treated through curative surgery or local therapy.
