TKO LLC said it proposed purchasing Service Properties Trust's hotel portfolio for $2 billion. Shares of Service Properties Trust jumped 15% toward the end of Friday's trading session to close at $7.15, and gained about 1% to $7.22 after the bell.

Standard Motor Products said its finance chief, Nathan Iles, is resigning to take a CFO role at another company. Shares fell 2.1% to $35.90 in after-hours trading.
