Iambic Therapeutics (IAM) shares rose more than 10% in their Nasdaq debut Thursday, trading above the company's $16 IPO price.

Iambic priced its IPO at $16 per share, selling 9.375 million shares and raising $150 million in gross proceeds before underwriting discounts, commissions and other expenses.
