ESR-REIT (SGX:9A4U) secured a 7.10 billion yen sustainability-linked unsecured term loan facility with Malayan Banking's (KLSE:MAYBANK) Singapore Branch, according to a Monday Singapore bourse filing.

The facility has a 36-month term from the first date of utilization, with proceeds earmarked for corporate funding, refinancing existing debt, and to fund asset acquisitions and enhancements.
