Paladin Energy (ASX:PDN) said its Langer Heinrich Mine in Namibia produced 1 million pounds of triuranium octoxide in the September quarter, down from 1.2 million pounds in the previous quarter, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The production reflects planned maintenance shutdown and processing plant recovery at the bottom-end of the target range due to ore characteristics associated with the mining sequence, the company said.
Paladin also reported a triuranium octoxide sales volume of 1.2 million pounds at an average realized price of $79.40 per pound for the September quarter, compared with 1.4 million pounds at an average realized price of $70.60 per pound in the June quarter.
The company reaffirmed Langer Heinrich Mine's fiscal 2027 guidance metrics, including production of 5.1 million pounds to 5.6 million pounds of triuranium octoxide.
