Contemporary Amperex Technology or CATL (SHE:300750, HKG:3750) posted 18.9 billion yuan in adjusted net profit attributable to shareholders for the third quarter, up 15% from a year ago.

EPS was 4.62 yuan, up 13%, a late Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange showed.

For the three months ended Sept. 30, operating revenue was 165.2 billion yuan, up 59% from a year ago, the battery maker said.
