UDR (UDR) now expects adjusted funds from operations of $0.65 for Q3 and $2.54 to $2.56 for full-year 2026, the company said Wednesday.

The company previously projected adjusted FFO of $0.63 to $0.65 for Q3 and $2.49 to $2.57 for 2026.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect Q3 and 2026 adjusted FFO of $0.64 and $2.53, respectively.

UDR also estimates Q4 adjusted FFO of $0.63 to $0.65. Analysts estimate $0.64.

Shares of UDR were up 4.5% pre-bell.
