Keppel REIT posted SG$179.9 million in distributable income for January to September, compared with SG$144.6 million a year ago.

Including the anniversary distribution, distributable income was SG$194.9 million, compared with SG$159.6 million a year ago.

Net property income moved to SG$181.8 million from SG$161.3 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, property income was SG$238.2 million, versus $204.5 million previously, the real estate investment trust said.
