ServiceNow (NOW) and OpenAI expanded their partnership to bring more AI models and agents into ServiceNow products and enterprise workflows, OpenAI said Wednesday.

A new ServiceNow integration, available starting Wednesday, introduces business context and workflow actions into ChatGPT, according to a statement.

ServiceNow will also provide employees access to ChatGPT Work and Codex, OpenAI said, adding that it plans a Codex integration in ServiceNow's AI workflow factory as well as a joint security offering in 2027.
