The company plans to install equipment, complete safety reviews and secure startup authorization before beginning operations.

Meanwhile, Oklo is preparing regulatory activities for its proposed 1.2-gigawatt Aurora Clean Energy Campus in Ohio.

The company is also advancing a proposed microreactor at Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska.

In Virginia, PJM rejected an interconnection request, while federal regulators denied Oklo’s related complaint. However, the company said its Ohio project remains unaffected.
