度假目的地的销售下降速度更快,因为这些房产往往是第二套住房或投资性房产,当购房承受能力紧张时,这类房产通常是首先被削减的。Redfin表示,2024年美国第二套住房的抵押贷款降至至少六年来的最低水平。
虽然去年所有住房的需求都有所下降,但第二套住房的跌幅比主要住宅更大,因为它们价格更昂贵,不是必需品,而且经济前景不确定。
