TIANJIN DEV (00882) announced that on September 10, 2025, Lisheng Pharmaceutical, an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company, entered into the 10th Xingye Bank wealth management agreement with Industrial Bank to subscribe to another structured deposit with a principal amount of RMB 70 million (equivalent to approximately HK$76.5864 million).
