Ev Dynamics (Holdings) Limited (stock code: 00476) disclosed a placing and allotment of 20,000,000 new ordinary shares on 1 December 2025. According to the announcement, the shares were issued at HKD 0.78 per share, representing approximately 6.73% of the company’s existing issued share capital prior to the issuance.
Following the completion of this placement, the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) increased from 296,979,109 to 316,979,109. The placing arrangement was made pursuant to an agreement dated 10 November 2025.
