易生活控股有限公司公布截至2025年9月30日止6个月的中期业绩,实现营收约6,092.8万港元,同比下降约49%。经调整净利润(以“归属于本公司拥有人之本期间溢利”暂指)为436.5万港元,上年同期(持续经营部分)则为亏损2,915.2万港元。本期毛利由9,496千港元略降至6,580千港元,但毛利率由7.9%提升至10.8%。公司在此期间进一步加强成本控制,其中销售开支降至259.6万港元。经营方面,报告期内经营活动现金流净额流出1,876万港元。

业务分项

供应链业务方面,实现收入约5,864.6万港元,系核心品牌传播放量放缓以及整体市场环境影响所致;日用清洁及防疫用品分部录得收入约228.2万港元。特许品牌消费品业务当期收入较小。管理层在财报中指出,为持续优化公司整体经营效率,聚焦品牌数智服务、品牌供需链条的协同整合,加快提升毛利率和盈利能力。
