宁德时代公布H股发售价：厘定为每股H股263港元
5月16日，宁德时代在港交所公告称，发售价已于2025年5月15日厘定为每股H股263.00港元（不包括1%经纪佣金、0.0027%证监会交易征费、 0.00565%联交所交易费及0.00015%会财局交易征费）。
发售量调整权已获悉数行使，据此，本公司将按发售价发行及配发17,684,100股额外发售股份，占全球发售项下初步可供认购的发售股份总数的约15.0%。根据发售量调整权发行及配发的额外发售股份将根据香港公开发售与国际发售之间的初始比例7.5%:92.5%予以分配。
本公司预期将于2025年5月19日（星期一）以招股章程「如何申请香港发售股份 －公布结果」一节所述之方式公布国际发售的踊跃程度、香港公开发售的申请水平、香港发售股份的分配基准及香港公开发售的分配结果之详情。假设全球发售于2025年5月20日（星期二）上午八时正（香港时间）或之前成为无条件，预期H股将于2025年5月20日（星期二）上午九时正（香港时间）在联交所主板开始买卖。H股将以每手买卖单位100股H股买卖。
