有时品牌需要先退一步,才能更好地前进。这正是Coach十年前采取的策略——关闭门店、减少折扣并聘请新设计师。如今,其母公司Tapestry正从中获益。

Tapestry旗下还拥有Kate Spade品牌,最新财报显示其销售额整体增长21%,这完全得益于Coach的强劲表现。Coach销售额同比飙升31%,新客户群体,尤其是更年轻的Z世代消费者,成为增长主力军。皮革制品销量增长20%,而衡量价格水平的平均单品零售价也实现低双位数涨幅。Coach在所有区域市场均实现增长。

相比之下,Kate Spade表现欠佳,销售额下降10%。
