深圳投控湾区发展有限公司（00737）7月13日公告称，董事会已委任郝昱为非执行董事，任命自2026年7月13日起生效。
郝昱现年51岁，拥有近三十年高速公路行业经验。其履历包括：2013年6月至2016年6月任湖南衡邵高速公路有限公司总经理；2016年6月至2018年12月担任山东高速股份有限公司董事会秘书处处长；2018年12月至今出任山东高速投资发展有限公司董事长及总经理。2009年，郝昱获天津财经大学会计硕士专业学位（MPAcc），为中国高级会计师。
公告显示，截至本公告日期，山东高速通过间接持股方式持有公司290,000,000股股份，占已发行股份总数约8.70%。
郝昱已与公司签署委任书，任期将遵循公司章程，于股东周年大会上退任并重选。根据2026年6月24日股东周年大会批准的董事薪酬标准，郝昱担任非执行董事期间将不领取董事袍金。
公司董事会表示，热烈欢迎郝昱加入。
截至本公告日期，董事会由三名执行董事（吴建明、吴成、刘继）、三名非执行董事（赵桂萍、王轩、郝昱）及三名独立非执行董事（程如龙、简松年、薛鹏）组成。
