Value Convergence Holdings Limited (the Company) has announced the appointment of Mr. Chai Nan as executive director, effective 25 November 2025. At 41 years of age, he holds master’s degrees in Physics as well as in Financial Math and Statistics from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Chai served as an independent non-executive director of Zhong Ji Longevity Science Group Limited (Stock code: 767) from May 2021 to April 2022. He has experience in investment, private equity, corporate finance, and capital markets. He does not currently hold directorships in other listed public companies and has no shares or underlying shares in the Company.

Under the terms of his service agreement, Mr. Chai’s monthly director’s fee is HK$50,000. He is subject to rotation, retirement, and re-election at the Company’s annual general meetings according to its articles of association. According to the announcement, he has no relationship with any director, senior management, or substantial shareholder of the Company. The Board has extended a warm welcome to Mr. Chai on his appointment.
