Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited (1783) Announces Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited (1783) has announced the appointment of Mr. Fei Yiping as a non-executive director, effective from 16 January 2026. According to the announcement, he will serve a one-year term, subject to renewal and relevant provisions under the company’s articles of association and the Listing Rules. His annual remuneration is set at HK$180,000.

Mr. Fei, aged 62, has extensive management and accounting experience. He was chief financial officer at CITIC Pacific Limited from May 2009 to December 2023. He also served on the board of Grand Foods Holdings Limited, where he was chairperson and a member of the audit, compliance, and risk management committee until November 2024. Previously, he held senior finance and executive roles within the CITIC Group. In addition, he was a non-executive director in several other listed and previously listed companies in Hong Kong.

Under the letter of appointment, Mr. Fei’s role is subject to early termination provisions and standard rotation and re-election requirements at general meetings. The announcement states that he currently holds no shares or other positions within Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited. The board welcomed his appointment, expressing confidence in his extensive background and expertise.
