据悉，美国参议院对重大税收和支出法案进行了最新修订，将45V清洁氢气生产税收抵免延长至2027年底，比该法案之前的版本延长了两年。这一举措由参议员Shelley Moore Capito提出，为许多原本可能因未能在2026年1月1日截止日期前完成而面临取消的清洁氢项目带来了新的希望。这些项目原本有望获得每公斤3美元的补贴。
除普拉格能源外，其他清洁能源相关股票在周一也出现大幅上涨。Bloom Energy上涨7.84%，巴拉德动力系统上涨8.9%，燃料电池能源上涨1.8%。值得注意的是，美国参议院的方案还将保留对非碳能源（包括核能、水电和地热能）项目的税收抵免政策，这些项目需在2033年之前开始建设。同时，方案还将允许可用于炼钢的冶金煤获得关键矿产税收抵免。这些政策变化预计将进一步推动清洁能源行业的发展，为相关公司带来更多机遇。
