DATANG POWER (00991) has announced the successful issuance of its fourth series of ultra-short-term financing notes for the year 2026. The issuance volume totaled 2 billion yuan, with a maturity period of 120 days. Each note carries a face value of 100 yuan and an annual coupon rate of 1.41%. The notes are set to accrue interest starting April 1, 2026. Proceeds from the issuance will be used entirely for repaying interest-bearing debts and supplementing working capital.
