C.banner International Holdings Limited (1028) announced that effective 12 November 2025, one non-executive director resigned and two non-executive directors have been appointed. The changes include the resignation of Ms. Cheng Xuanxuan as a non-executive director due to her desire to focus on other business endeavors.
