CYBERNAUT INT'L (01020) announced that, effective October 27, 2025, Mr. Zhang Yongle has resigned as the company secretary and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules due to his decision to dedicate more time to other business commitments. Following Mr. Zhang's resignation, the board has appointed Mr. Ma Jianling as the company's Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, and Authorized Representative.
