The Integration Group (TIG) announced on Thursday that it has reached an agreement to acquire PDM Company, a packaging and warehousing services provider. The acquisition amount was not disclosed.

PDM Company is headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, and operates industrial-grade and food-grade warehousing facilities totaling 1 million square feet (approximately 92,900 square meters) across Iowa. Founded in 1996, the company provides packaging and various warehousing services, as well as expedited and dedicated transportation services.

This acquisition not only provides TIG with food handling capabilities but also strengthens its regional logistics services, which cover the entire process from raw material procurement to final delivery.

TIG CEO Mike Schoenfeld stated in a press release: "With PDM's advanced packaging operations, robust warehousing capabilities, and flexible transportation services, TIG will provide customers with a more comprehensive and compliance-focused logistics experience. This acquisition will simultaneously enhance our service scope and regional coverage capabilities."

TIG is headquartered in Marshalltown, Iowa, and is a contract logistics and value-added warehousing services provider primarily serving the automotive, agricultural, and industrial equipment sectors.

PDM Division President Terry Goodman said: "Our deep expertise in custom packaging, food and feed quality systems, and specialized supply chain services is at the core of our success. As part of TIG, we look forward to scaling these capabilities to create greater value for customers and provide more comprehensive services."

In July this year, TIG acquired Matrix Management, an aftermarket supply chain services and e-commerce fulfillment provider.

TIG's investor is Maxwell Street Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on the logistics sector.
