China Financial Leasing (02312) announced that the conditions outlined in the subscription agreement have been met, with the completion occurring on October 22, 2025, as per the terms and conditions of the agreement. A total of 69.38 million subscription shares have been allocated and issued to subscribers at a subscription price of HKD 1.25 per share. The subscription shares represent approximately 20% of the total shares issued prior to the completion, and about 16.67% of the total shares after the allocation and issuance. The total amount raised from the subscription is approximately HKD 86.72 million, with a net amount of approximately HKD 86.43 million.
