中国宏桥发布盈喜公告，根据现有资料，公司预计2025年上半年净利润较去年同期增长约35%。增长主要得益于铝合金及氧化铝产品销售价格和销量均同比上升，带动相关产品毛利增加。
值得注意的是，中国宏桥正推动旗下核心铝业资产宏拓实业与其A股子公司宏创控股的重组。6月9日，该交易已获宏创控股股东大会批准。华泰证券认为，中国宏桥旗下核心资产宏拓实业计划重组，这有利于提升公司资产证券化水平及市场影响力，叠加公司2024年较大幅度提升分红比例至60%以上，高分红比例优势下，公司整体价值有望迎来重估。
