CNEWECON FUND (00080) announced that as of 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 (the final deadline for accepting rights shares and paying subscription fees, as well as applying for additional rights shares and remitting payments), it received a total of 14 valid acceptances and applications. These covered 1,210,168,037 rights shares, representing 183.40% of the total 659,850,137 rights shares available under the rights issue.

As a result, the rights issue was oversubscribed by 550,317,900 shares, accounting for approximately 83.40% of the maximum 659,850,137 rights shares offered. The net proceeds from the rights issue amounted to approximately HK$230 million.
