Ideas Group Limited has released an update regarding its Board of Directors effective 22 October 2025. The Executive Directors comprise Ms. Cheung Lee, Mr. Xie Cheng, Mr. Lee Wing Leung Garlos, Ms. Choi Sin Yi, Ms. Cai Ying, and Mr. Fu Tao. The Independent Non-Executive Directors are Mr. Kwan Chi Hong, Mr. Fenn David, Mr. Ho Ho Tung Armen, and Ms. Meng Mei.

In addition, membership of the Board’s three committees is disclosed. The Audit Committee is chaired by Mr. Ho and includes Ms. Cheung, Mr. Lee, Mr. Kwan, Mr. Fenn, and Ms. Meng as members. The Remuneration Committee is chaired by Mr. Fenn, with Mr. Ho and Ms. Meng serving as members. The Nomination Committee is chaired by Mr. Kwan, with Mr. Ho and Ms. Meng participating as members.
